Thank you for visiting. Whether you’ve submitted an enquiry or are simply exploring the site, I want to acknowledge the significance of this moment. Reaching out – or even contemplating it – often marks the beginning of something important.
If you’ve sent a message, thank you. I will respond personally within 1–2 business days. All communication is treated with care, confidentiality, and thoughtful attention. Whether your enquiry relates to beginning psychoanalysis, seeking a psychological assessment for ADHD or autism, or simply asking a question, your interest is received with respect.
If you’re not yet ready to make contact, that’s entirely okay. Beginning psychoanalysis or entering any therapy generally can give rise to hesitation, uncertainty, and the quiet sense that something has unsettled the usual ways of coping. Whether you’re contending with anxiety, mood changes, sexual difficulties, relational struggles, dissociation, or simply a pressing need to speak, you are invited to begin when the time feels right. This site is here to help orient you offering further details about the services I provide and what to expect in both psychotherapy and diagnostic assessments.
I work from inner Melbourne, with consulting rooms based in Richmond. My practice includes individuals navigating trauma, dissociation, neurodivergence (ADHD and autism), anxiety, depression, personality difficulties, and sexual or relational concerns. I also work with professionals who seek to undertake psychoanalysis as part of their own reflective or developmental process. In addition, I conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, including those aimed at clarifying diagnosis or supporting NDIS access.
If and when you feel ready, I welcome you to get in touch. A contact form is available above. You are also welcome to explore the FAQ, therapy, or assessment pages for further information. You can also view my verified profile on Psychology Today here.
Whatever brings you here today, thank you for your attention. The first step need not be certain or complete it is enough that it begins.
